Move like an olive, from the field to the bottle, Bovera

Horitzons-natura

We will begin the activity at Bovera, where we will pick olives and take a walk through its olive oil landscapes. We will visit a juniper oven and the oldest olive tree in Catalonia: a gigantic tree that has seen many generations pass. We will discover the Cooperative of Bovera and find out about the process of making olive oil and we will enjoy a tasting of arbequina olives, or of toasted bread with olive oil, in order to awake your appetite. We will continue the experience with a return to the village to discover its secrets, and we will end up as authentic experts in olive oil, following a visit to the old mill of the Cooperative of La Granadella, which is now the Olive Oil Museum of Catalonia.
