Harvest Party. L’Espluga Calba
The Harvest Party is a thrilling journey through the world of gastronomy, nature and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This is a special experience in which you will be able to experience and enjoy the whole production process, from the harvesting of the olives through to the making of a premium extra-virgin olive oil.
It also includes a complete immersion in the world of Olive Oil and its unique gastronomic applications through the best seasonal and local products. Then, to finish off, there will be a traditional vermouth aperitif accompanied by our Arbequina olives.
This will include: artisanal cured meats, crisps with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and mineral salt, vermouth and D.O. Costers del Segre wine from the subzone of Les Garrigues.

What it includes: - A guided visit to the olive estate, which is over 400 years old, including a theatricalised component.
- Participation in the whole process of harvesting olives by hand to produce superior quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO).
- An introduction to the aromas of olive oil and a tasting of Nousegons Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- The gastronomic applications of EVOO through 3 tastings involving seasonal products combined with Nousegons EVOO.
- A vermouth aperitif accompanied by artisanal cured meat and cheese, coca de recapte (savoury pizza), Arbequina olives, potato crisps with EVOO, vermouth and D.O. Costers del Segre wine, beer and natural fruit juice.
- Participation in the whole process of harvesting olives by hand to produce superior quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO).
