Experiences with Nausicaä Project

Each forest bath with Nausicaä Project is unique, designed from the heart and from my deep connection with nature. I accompany groups on a journey to reconnect with the environment and with oneself, combining the forest bath method with intuition, sensitivity and creativity.
The experience may include moments of guided meditation, sensory activities, connection rituals and shared word circles. Each proposal is different and adapted to the group, the space andthe moment. I take loving care of every detail: from the handmade welcome pack to small symbolic gestures, such as writings or small poems created especially for the occasion.
These are intimate, warm and profound encounters, where silence, words and presence intertwine with the
beauty of the forest to offer a space of calm, listening and transformation.
