Connect with nature and yourself with the Boscarium forest baths, designed using the immersive technique of shinrin-yoku to enhance the therapeutic benefits offered by nature to restore your health and well-being. We offer forest baths among fields of fruit trees, in the Lleida Arboretum, in the various natural areas and in the forest of Poblet. We design and guide forest baths in safe and accessible environments close to you and teach you techniques for connecting with nature and why you should learn how to restore yourself in your day-to-day life. Our motivation is to bring you closer to the nature available to you, helping you to enjoy this experience of connection, including the natural agricultural beauty of the landscape during the whole cycle of the fruit trees. In March we offer flower baths to immerse yourself in the ephemeral and delicate beauty of the fields in bloom. We also design and record audio guides in different languages to offer individual practice in public and private spaces.
