We offer this to you amongst the olive trees on our estates, which belong to recovered, age-old varieties from our local district. You will find places with century-old olive trees and dry-stone terraces, where you will see a working environment that combines tradition and modernity. We will taste 3 Olicatessen ecological olive oils, which will include one olive oil that has been recovered from age-old varieties. The tasting will be guided and accompanied by a tasting drink, although it can also be combined with bread.
